2026 Ducati Multistrada V4 Rally Debuts with Smarter Suspension and Safety Tech

Ducati has unveiled the 2026 Multistrada V4 Rally, featuring refined suspension, upgraded electronics, and new safety systems designed to make long-distance touring even more effortless.
The 168 hp Granturismo V4 engine and 30-liter tank remain unchanged, but Ducati engineers revised the swingarm pivot to improve stability under load and expanded the rear preload range from 18mm to 20mm. The rear brake disc also increases to 280mm for stronger stopping power.
A major highlight is the new Ducati Vehicle Observer (DVO) control algorithm, which precisely monitors the bike’s movement and weight distribution, improving cornering ABS, wheelie control, and suspension response in real time. Riders can now adjust the semi-active suspension while riding.
The Rally also introduces Forward Collision Warning (FCW), joining the existing Adaptive Cruise Control and Blind Spot Detection. Lighting has been upgraded with improved cornering lights, a “Coming Home” feature, and a flashing brake light for hard deceleration.
Convenience updates include an Automatic Lowering Device for easier handling at low speeds, a redesigned 6.5-inch TFT display, and heated grips now standard.
Three trims will be available: Radar, Adventure Travel & Radar, and Full Adventure, with two color options—red or green brushed aluminum. Deliveries begin in early 2026, with pricing to be announced.
Ducati also confirmed work on a future semi-automatic gearbox, promising it will be “a proper Ducati solution” once released.
